Nicola Sturgeon’s strong personal and political commitment to and championing of fair work has been consistent and crucial to driving forward a fair work agenda in Scotland.
From her important role in establishing the Fair Work Convention following the recommendations of the Working Together Review, the First Minister has supported our work, taken seriously our recommendations and helped embed fair work in Scottish policymaking as central to inclusive economic growth.
