Our Fair Work Data tool gives policy makers, employers, analysts, researchers, journalists and the general public exclusive access to Scotland’s Fair Work Measurement Framework data. This tool allows efficient data dissemination in a user-friendly, engaging, and interactive way and tracks Scotland’s progress against the five dimensions of fair work (effective voice, security, opportunity, fulfilment, and respect).

This resource can be used to access fair work statistics and track Scotland’s progress in the five dimensions of fair work, providing a range of data to help improve understanding of fair work, benchmark existing practice and identify areas where improvements can be made.

Professor Patricia Findlay, Co-Chair of the Fair Work Convention said:

“Since the publication of the Fair Work Framework in 2016, the Fair Work Convention has been striving to make fair work a reality for workers and employers in Scotland.

Collecting accurate data is vital to help Government, policy makers and businesses implement fair work into their working practices. We believe this tool will help collect up to date relevant data, putting fair work at the heart of Scotland’s workplaces, economy and decision making.”

We encourage you to explore the Fair Work Data tool and discover the insights it offers.
